@Jai it's NOT about the concealer. The caption to the pic says "where is the PAUSE police when you need them?" Indicating that they look gay, and trying to say something about his feminine looks and choice to wear eyeliner. It doesn't hurt to be s little observant

Well you are one person. And you tried to say that was what this picture was about when it wasn't. Everyone is making remarks about them and his looks when there is creaky a rainbow banner in the club they are in, so it's obvious they're gay. People are making fun of the guy for being himself and expressing himself.
