That is a bbs lm. A very rare wheel. And no they don't come in 22's. They're found on vw, audi, bmw applications, and run around $4,000 a set.

No that's a BBS is a German founded rim company started in 1972 which introduced the 3 piece wheel design with Air Inside Technology (AIT) which compensated for small air volume inside low profile tires. Look at the holes at the edge of the rim bolts go there to piece this and a rim ring to the actual rim. This is the actual face of the rim.
