It may or may not be photo shopped. I have seen women like this. She has what is called a cone shape. Unfortunately, her's is extreme. When she puts on weight the majority of it is deposited up top instead of being distributed throughout her entire body evenly :(

Lindsey Green - I seem to be like you then. but this is just awful. the first thing I thought was photoshop too. but I think I may have seen women like this before, just not as extreme.
