Well, by looking at the things around him, the camouflage bags and that cot where his foot is at, I can tell he is a soldier wearing his Phisycal Training Uniform and is deployed to the Middle East! When that sand hits the fan, you can even play tic tac toe on any part of your body! been there, done dat, played a lil tic tac toe myself... lol..
