Why not? cleaning solution costs money lol. Also, less chance to get those shady people up in there. You know the ones I'm talkin' about. I remember when I worked at Taco Bell and these nasty people would come in and use the bathroom and smear crap, yes, not the slang word, but actual crap, on the walls. Now, this fee might not deter them all, but it could help.

I seen this ish go on in L.A. in the garment district. I'd piss in an alley first before I patronize a place and THEN pay for the bathroom.
