I like to eat, but if all a person does is sit in one spot, play games all day, eat, and no exercise whatsoever, then they will end up looking like this. Just like with truck drivers, as I drive a truck. I see some get out of a truck and wonder how the heck they can walk. All they eat is junk food all day every day. They do not exercise on their breaks, and all the sitting while driving does take a toll. I myself have lost weight since I started driving a truck, because most of the time I am too busy to eat, and I try to balance my diet to eat healthy and not junk food
