This is actually cosplay, I can tell because of the character. As a cosplayer myself, I am ashamed to see people wearing this and automatically thinking we're crazy.

Honestly, I'm glad to see that someone identified this as cosplay. As I see no issue in cosplaying, I do see an issue in looking raggedy and I honestly feel this has the opportunity to be cute...

A play of words. Costume Playing is cosplay, which means you dress up as character which can range from anime , books, movies ect. in a way.. you dress up as a specific character.
