There are a lot of them like that. They are themed restaurants like Rock N Roll, Ski Lodge, Ancient Ruins, etc.... There are quite a few here in Chicago. what beauty shop you know got their chairs and tables from McDonalds? Or do their customers hair at a table like that? If you've been to one like that, I hope you've been a customer of your stylist for years and trust her. I agree, a lot of the pictures here are fake, this one isn't.

All McDonald's are not designed the same way. I've seen some with this design. Looks real to me.
