Ummm... go.ahead and deny your body calories. Your body.will hang on like hell to the calories you do finally intake. Makin sure you don't do that again.

Girl, if not food, what do you think keeps you going? water is absolutely necessary, food is your fuel, and like Burdette Art said, your body will "hang on" meaning you won't burn the calories quickly, resulting in a better chance of wearing it. take a walk today; tomorrow add an extra 1/2 block repeat daily and try not to hate on yourself. If you want something different then what you see, feed your head with positive thoughts and take the first step.YOU CAN DO IT!
