That which does not kill me can only make me stronger. I don’t see why everybody feel as though that they gotta tell me how to live my life ”

I still can remember the first 2 Pac album that I bought, it was called All Eyez On Me. I had an old cd player that didn’t have anti-shock skip protection and it came with a cheap pair of headphones, it wasn’t like these Beats By Dre headphones we have today where the music sounds perfect but it was those cheap dollar store headphones like the ones you saw in Guardians of the Galaxy that never covered your ears properly.
Tupac was a poet.
For a guy that was a gangster rapper, he really was a great with words. I can admit this even while being a Notorious Big fan, some people New York still won’t agree with me today, Pac was a lyrical poet.
I listened to that album before school, during school with my friends and after school when I got home. Like most kids, I knew every song by heart, back then we all new songs by heart. Hip hop was at it’s peak during my childhood, being a musical artist actually took talent back then, it wasn’t like the automated and computer generated music that we have today.
Tupac is still one of the greatest.
Still can’t believe 20 years has gone by so fast, I can still remember watching that whole East Coast and West Coast beef on television like it was just yesterday.
