Kids drag each other around all the time...they like it! We are all too uptight. When he gets older he will brag on how funny this picture was to his friends!

Some kids need to be put on a leash. That's not bad parenting, it's trying to work with them instead of keeping them locked away in the house. The fail here, however, is that she's dragging him around. -_- So if this kid has a problem, it's probably from how she treats him in private. URGH.
