If she is breast feeding how is the baby being supported. I think she has the baby in a front carrier and zipped her up.

I'm not justifying what is being done because it is obviously wrong but maybe she was feeding the baby...and that was her way to "cover up" wrong as all get out but the way the baby is leaning...no? okay lol
