Its sad to see young teens thinking that its cool to be pregnant. Also, I know in some cases its were they live and who they hang out with predicts how they act and the way that there parents raise them can be the cause or no father figure there but in other cases these same teens have homes were both parents are there raising them right living in good neighborhoods with that said its up to the teens because us as parents can not watch them all day they (teens) have to go to school etc. and make choices on there own all we can do is tell them what's right and wrong.
